Gtuner stopped showing Online resources and interactive conf

Hi Guys,

I am new to the Console Tuner world and after checking reviews I bought the Titan Two with expansion kit and I think is amazing to have a app for Mac and IOS.

Well since im new to this I probably done something wrong. :-) basically the first time I installed the app on my Mac it worked perfect, I could see online resources and use the interactive configuration. now something happened because I can't see anything in the online resources and the interactive configuration in light Gray. I tried units;ll and removing all specific files including library files, tried to reinstall the app also done the P firmware update but nothing.
I have to mention that this issue came after I used the iPad and iPhone app to see how it works.
In a second windows pc that I have everything is there. so I think I did something or missed something on the Mac.

Do you guys have any idea what could it be?

Please post here a screenshot of Gtuner IV opened on Online Resources and Interactive Configuration window, so I can have a better understanding of the issue.

Please also inform the OSX version you have installed in your Mac, as well as if you are using the latest Gtuner IV version (1.08).

Thank you for sending the screenshots, truly appreciated.

First about the Interactive Configuration: Please note the configuration descriptor files are cached locally, on the computer, and not on the device. If using the Titan Two on other computer, or other Gtuner IV installation, this file will not be available, requiring re-download the script or gamepack from the online resources again.

Just drag-and-drop the Gamepack or Script to the memory slot again, press and hold the left CTRL key on the keyboard to while doing the drag-drop to preserve the existing configuration.

Related to Online Resources: First be sure to allow Gtuner IV to run in your Mac, as explained in this page:

After that, please also check if the Firewall is not blocking Gtuner IV to access the internet:

I got the same problems too, allowed Gtuner and turned off firewall on Networks and Security and still nothing.

This problem is Mac universal i think?

I am wondering if the new Gtuner IV version 1.08 in your Mac was downloaded via self-update (via menu Tools -> Check for Update). If yes, please try download again the full package of Gtuner IV for Mac from the website (link below) to check if solves the issue.

Hey guys,

Thank u very much for all ur replies.

But the strange part is it worked perfectly for a full day, only after that I uploaded a pack from the iOS that I think something went wrong, because later I plugged the Titan two back on the Mac and I noticed the online resources missing.

I check all possible apps and firewalls even little snitch,nothing, all connection allowed.

Can it be that is something or files hidden on the sd card?

No I didn't use the self-update. I download the newest version and replaced the 17 version in the Applications folder.
