Need Prior Version of Firmware Titan IV

Thank you for making the videos. You are doing everything correct.

Is your Titan Two equipped with Bluetooth module and or sd-card? if yes, have you tried remove theses to check if the device works?

Before the 1.8.3.1 update, do you remember the installed firmware version? I don't recall to have changed anything that could cause such issue, but I want recheck the changelogs to see if there is some change that can be causing this behavior.

I do have both the blue tooth and the SD card. I removed them both to see if they were the issue, but it didn’t make a differences. I don’t remember the prior version but it had to be the one right before 1.8.3.1, I tend to update Right away when prompted.

Okay, lets go back to 1.7.

First, download Gtuner IV 1.7 (the 1.8 is not compatible with 1.7 firmware):

The 1.7 fimrware is now available in the BETA channel (temporarily).
To revert back to 1.7, please proceed as the following:

1. Go to the folder where Gtuner.exe is located;
2. Find the file named "Gtuner.cfg" and open it on notepad or similar text editor;
3. At the very end of the file, add the following;

beta_tester=true

4. Force the device into programming mode by pressing and holding both buttons BEFORE connect the USB cable to PROG port. The device's display should show 'P'.
5. Run Gtuner IV 1.7 and go to menu Tools -> Check for Updates.

After reverting back to 1.7, please inform if solved the issue.

I know for fact I download from the link as instructed the first time around, but I did it again just to double to check and it worked this time around.

Happy to know the 1.07 worked. Not sure yet what change made on 1.08 that did not worked on your device. I will be rechecking the changelog.

I am having the same issue and was hoping to download that older version to see if it was fix it but it looks as though it was removed from dropbox so I have no way of fixing my own issue with updating my Titan.

The BETA channel is now being in use for the 1.10, please try the 1.10 to check if solves the problem.

Please make sure your device is also updated with firmware version 1.10 (Gtuner IV -> Check for Updates).
