Problem keyboard and mouse translator ps4

Hello,
I am using titan two with a ps4, with the input translator.
when I am capturing kmg and (g602 logitech and nav controller ps3) all actions are not transcribed on the console (check with the peripheral monitor).
If I use directly without input for the mouse directly on the titan two the problem and different, when I turn my mouse fast enough I do not switch weapons or reload for a short time. I don't use any gpc edi script only just keyboard and mouse mapping with mouse settings.
My mouse and set to 500hz poling rate and 500hz software in and out. I have tried several different parameters but nothing changes. if a person person can help me please.
