I cannot set the GamePack configuration in Gtunetr IV.

When I connect TAITANT WO and install GamePack, the first time I put it in the config like the first image, but nothing is displayed and I can not set it.
When I restart GtunerIV, I can't enter config anyway like the second one.
I initialized TAITANT WO and reinstalled Gtuner IV, but it didn't change.
Is there any solution?
I'm using a translator, so the text may be hard to read ...

Try a factory reset:

1) Unplug the device.
2) Hold both the up and down arrows.
3) Plug PROG into the PC whilst still holding the up and down arrows.
4) Open Gtuner>Tools>Check for updates.

Also the error code 2 is most likely from the SD card, so after doing the factory reset also format and re-configure the SD card in Gtuner>Device Configuration
