Error 137

I’ve had this issue for ages, any know How to resolve it, I’ve messaged moderators and used the “contact us” page and sent email and tried to direct message on Twitter, no one seems to help or reply. Any ideas?

Sorry you have waited so long.

Please make sure to check your spam folder, and if not in there try a different e-mail provider?

Jefferson replies to emails almost daily so it must be getting lost somewhere.

Or if you like I can relay the messages if you send me your device serial number.
