I am on the latest firmware and don't have any issues using it on ps4 and pc as controller or keyboard/mouse.
try to explain what isn't working anymore, the scripts you are using and so on. perhaps I am able to help you.
feel free to contact me via discord: Scachi#6830
Try to reflash the T2. Force a reflash.
unplug everything, hold down both arrow buttons on the T2 and connect the prog cable while holding down the buttons.
now do in gtuner IV tools->check for update and let it reflash.

I don't have any experience with nintendo switch.
post a screenshot of the device monitor when you have everything connected as it should show the state of each port of the T2. perhaps anyone gets an idea whats wrong when we see that screen.

The T2 seems to be recognized by the computer but none of my controllers are.
This is what I get when I connect the T2 to the NINTENDO Switch and have my controller plug in the A port. The T2 is on 0, and I could press any button on the controller and nothing happen, the interface stays like this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kee9mdwa9tn5i ... s.png?dl=0 You should note that My controller is a NINTENDO Switch game controller not a PS4 one. I have also a Xbox S controller, but still the same problem.

Sometimes when I press the Y button I get this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3dsb6xoy3asnw ... d.png?dl=0

Any Idea?

The usb pro controller is activated on the switch and the console is up to date. But if the problem was on the console I should be able to see the controller working on my computer but I don't.
I tried to connect the controller on port A or port B, I tried 4 different kind of controller, I tried without output connected and I tried the to connect the controller to the output but nothing worked.
I tried every single output protocol and nothing happened.

But even if the controller just work fine when plug directly on the console with this cable.

I jut tried something, while connected to the switch I selected USB PS4 as output and got the controller working with a delay of 2 seconds then it crashed

I was wondering if it isn't something to do with the connection speed.
