Anti recoil tips for pubg?

Hi, i play pubg with a titan 2 and xim apex combo with a mouse, my question is what are the best settings for scopes to spray with anti recoil? Everytime i move my mouse it feels like im out of control of my aim and im fighting it? Anyone got any tips?
