the address bus is automatically cleared

I am writing this way to activate titan two CV, ( %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Python\Python38\) it works, but it is deleted when I turn off the console and pc. When I open it again, I copy and paste again. why is it deleted?

download gtuner
unzip the whole archive to a drive/path without any special characters in it.
make sure to have no gtuner running already.
open your new unpacked gtuner.exe
setup your working directory
configure the cv path
close gtuner

reopen gtuner and everything should be fine.
