Error 137 and no devices connected

Hello!
I have just recently purchased a Titan Two Device from the Amazon link on this website, but when attempting to use GTUNER IV I am told no devices are connected in the top right corner of the application. I had hoped updating the firmware would solve the issue, but I am then met with error 137. Any help would be appreciated!
