Input Translator Labels
Anyone know If it's possible to rename the Input Translator button labels (BUTTON_1, BUTTON_2, etc) to something more recognizable (PS4_PS, PS4_SHARE, etc)?
I don't know all the mappings so I find myself looking in the PS4 header whenever I need to find a specific button.

This is the purpose of the PS4.gph:
- Code: Select all
#include <ps4.gph>
Include the PS4.gph in your scripts and you will be able to use the button labels like with the Titan One.
At the begenning i was myself using a PS4_CUSTOM.gph where is call the "BUTTON_4" with the name "R1"!
But now, with the GPC Input Reference (F1), it is really easy to use. Just click the R1 in the GPC Input Reference window to immediately type the button label in the script. Like bonefisher i don't use the gph anymore, you will remember the default button labels
Console tuner since my 1st controller.
Scripting, a game in the game.

I get that, what I was referring to the drop down menu options in the input translator:
I'm just curious If there's an option somewhere to have the options be console specific to speed up the process.

It's not possible, at least not yet. You can look the device monitor to see which it is.

Actually there is an way. Right-click on the combo box just to have the focus on it, press F1 and click on any line on the table that will open. The window will close and the input clicked will be selected.

This will work on any dropdown box that has the GPC Designators to select.
