I think I'm having the same issue. When I connect thru the titan2, the xb1 doesn't recognize the xb1 controller or the steam controller. Then when I disconnect, I need to repair the xb1 controller.

Some third-party Xbox One controllers recent released (normally with headset jack) are not yet supported. I am purchasing one to work on the support for those models.

Correct, official controllers should work without any problem. After connecting the controller on the Titan Two, the status LED of the USB port turns green?

Thank you. It is similar to the regular XB1 descriptors, but missing one interface (related with chatpad). The Titan Two tries to initialize this interface during the controller initialization, perhaps this is making the controller to not work. If you have a XB1 console, please try use this controller with it. Doing that will make the Titan Two establish full passthru mode between the console and the controller, so the controller initialization will be performed by the console (not by the Titan Two) and the controller should work. Let me know the results, thanks.

The headset required the PS4 controller V2 (the one with the lightbar in the touchpad). You also need enable the wired connection in the PS4 settings, as explained here:
