Replacement works perfectly. I now have 2 Titan Two units.
I think I am plugging and unplugging the USB input ports too often. Problems reoccurred, but I resoldered the USB connectors, and added a USB male to USB female adapters to reduce wear and tear on inputs A and B. Now no more problems.

Hi I need help I tried to load a script on my Titan two Device first time it worked second time it won’t work it just say C when I switch to the scripts I want to use

Maybe the display "C" is done by the script ?
A script can utilize the display to show some feedback for the user, so he knows if he is in 'C' ombat mode ,
or using 'P' rimary gun and stuff like that.

What is the script you are using ?

I guess it is fortnite, read the first post of the script documentation, section 5 ———[ 5. USING THE SCRIPT ]———

I have the same problem right now with mine that i just bought, i know its an old tread but maybe i can get some help here. USB cables are working since im playing with controler on my pc and when i plug it it appears on my pc. Both prog and output are plug to my usb port on pc and xbox controler on port B and theres no light either A or B but prog and output are green. Anything i can try before returning the titan tweo device ?

To use a Titan Two on PC, the easiest thing to do is set your Titan Two Output Protocol to USB Xbox 360 in Gtuner IV > Device Configuration.
