Fortnite aim assist

Is it possible to add this to the fortnite gamepack when you hold ADS button it will make a little moves in all directions ( the screen will shake ) so this moves will activate in the game aim assist to start.

That method does not work in Fortnite. It's easy to test in Save the World mode where it exhibits exactly zero aim assist.

The aim abuse technique of quickly zooming into and out of ADS is exponentially more effective and is already in the gamepack.
