I have no experience with mac osx. Are you trying to run the script posted above or some other one ?
you need to use
for default include files you have to use <>
for custom include files you have to use "" and a relative or absolute path for the script to find the the file if it is not in the same directory as your script file.
you need to use

#include <display.gph> // <- this should work, this will not work: -> #include "display.gph"

I already raised the issue here:

I think it's a problem with the lastest Gtuner version for OS X.
