Ds4 preparing with a t2

I always have my pc on and prog cable connected at all times, when the quadstick disconnects the T2 leds stay green on both A and B and the segment display stays on 0 or whatever slot is active at the moment of the quadstick restarting

Please check if the disconnection also happens without the Titan Two connected to the computer, only with the controllers and the output port to the console using the provided micro USB cable. Thanks.

In the screenshot you posted, I noticed that at Input-A there is also a PlayStation 4 controller. It is the quadstick? Please inform what is the brand/model of your quadstick, so I can check the compatibility and provide direction on how you can use it with the titan Two.

Please capture and post here the descriptors of this QuadStick, so I can check the compatibility with the Titan Two.

On Gtuner IV, with the Titan Two connected to computer, go to top menu Tools -> "Fetch Descriptors ...". Now plug the QuadStick to any port on the Titan Two. The descriptors will show in the window, click on the button "Copy Descriptors" and post here.

Thank you for providing the USB descriptors. Indeed this is a PS4 compatible controller. It will be added to the next Titan Two firmware update and, after updating your device, this controller should be 100% functional.

Quadstick developer here: When used with the T2, the Quadstick needs to have a special setting turned on telling it not to respond to authentication messages and let the T2 handle it. The T2 appears to the Quadstick like it is connected directly to the PS4 and unless the Quadstick is set up correctly it will start periodically disconnecting (partial crossover mode) since the DS4 is not plugged into the back of the Quadstick.
