Need help finding the correct Rapid Fire settings
So I'm basically struggling to find the perfect hold and release values for my Rapid Fire script; I've seen many people claiming ~63ms for HOLD and ~16ms REASE time are pretty good but I've been using 33ms for HOLD and 20ms for RELEASE and somehow found these settings even better (may be placebo) but even if It was placebo I can't notice the difference.
Is there any range of values that should be followed? (ex. hold time always has to be 20ms apart from hold (something related?))
Am I using too low values?
By the way I'm aiming for a good balance between Full-Auto and Semi-Automatic weapons.
I appreciate the feedback.

Nothing that you using is going to be that fast and what your getting is just a overlapping affect... Try 65hold and 15release!

I will stay in that range then, thanks.

Are this settings better than 65ms HOLD and 15 RELEASE? if so, why?

Every weapon could be different but only way is to test the ones you like with what ever setting to see if they run at the rate you want! You could get the automatic running good but then the semi-auto's run like crap! Test.....

I only use rapid fire with semi-autos anyway.
About the actual timing, I think this really depends on the games frame rate,
33 hold
64 release
seems to work the best on pretty much all games that run at 30 frames,
33 hold
16 release
Seems to only ever work with games that run above 30 frames,
These values work extremely well for Apex Legends. But only for weapons set to semi auto.
Maybe this is because I'm on the One X, though.
I'm not sure what the frames are like on the older xbox models or PlayStation4(s). So this could also be another factor people should have to consider.

The 63hold to 65hold and 15 release to 17release will be the closet to run both automatic and semi-auto but still I'm the same running no rapid fire for automatic's and the rpm rate of what the gun is for both since I dial in on my burst firing shots anyway!

Thanks everyone for replying seems like 64ms for HOLD and 15-17ms for release works perfectly fine for a general config in most games. What I find really weird is why some CM users use 17 for both, hmm..
