Fun with GTuner IV speech notification

Postby Scachi » Sat Jan 25, 2020 9:21 am

Looks like I haven't read the changelog recently :innocent_smile_1:

From the GTuner IV Changelog:
2019-11-20, Ver 1.06-1
* Added API to allow the scripts to send speech notifications to Gtuner via printf("SPEECH:")

I have included it in my "AntiRecoil MultiValue" script for some fun (available in the online resource) :smile0517:
It requires your PC to run GTuner IV, the sound ouput is done via your pc sound system.

That's an awesome feature, very fun to use! Can we expect sounds output through the controller in a future update?
Console tuner since my 1st controller.
Scripting, a game in the game.

Have a speech synthesizer within the firmware would take too much memory flash space, better save this valuable space for the upcoming next gen consoles and controllers. :smile0517:
