Destiny 2 aim assist values

Hey guys just wondering would use have any recommendations for aim assist values like the move value and wait time,anything roughly will do any help appreciated thanks

What aim assist are you using? There is generally only one value and anything from 15-30 will work fine.

Thanks for replying I'm using 26 but my wait time on aim assist is 40 not sure what that means are the best number for it,what do you wreckon,thanks
