GPC2 script programming for Titan Two. Code examples, questions, requests.

New to this...

Postby Bnoob » Sat May 22, 2021 7:17 am

Hey, everyone. Just got my Titan Two in the mail today. I bought it for a number of reasons, but after playing around with it and GtunerIV for a while, I think I may be in over my head. One of the things I wanted to do was make fighting game combos for challenge modes. I saw a few in some older threads: ( Persona 4 Arena and Blazblue ) , but it seems those scripts are for the Titan One.

I also found a Fighting Game Template for GPC2 here: https://www.consoletuner.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=15216.

I'm not sure how much help I can get for this. I guess I was a little confused in by the template. Does anyone have an example script maybe? This is an example of the kind of scripts I want to make: Image

Also wasn't sure if I should post this here or Titan Two general help. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Hi,

For those titan one scripts you can use them on the T2. Just place this line at the very top:
Code: Select all
#include <titanone.gph>

It may be easier for you to record the macros: https://www.consoletuner.com/wiki/index ... _interface

Ah, thanks! I will try out those Titan one scripts. As for the macros, I'm not sure if that's viable. I want to make the script because I can't perform the entire combo myself. Is it possible to put a bunch of macros in a row? That way it may be possible for me to make separate macros for each part of the combo and put them together to do the entire combo. Maybe?

You can, then convert the macro to a combo and join them together.

Or you can make the combos manually: https://www.consoletuner.com/wiki/index ... ing:combos

Whatever is easiest for you.

Alright, thanks! I will try this tonight. :)

Edit: Thanks again! I was able to do it and it is extremely easy to do this way. (Recording macros, converting to code, and copy paste. :joia:
