victrix stick + dualshock doesn't work at all on PS4

So I have a Victrix pro fightstick PS4, and also a Quanba PS4 stick and a Hori RAP4 N.
The Victrix is my new fancy stick, very slick and well built but it seems like it has a less common PCB.

I have forced the Titan2 to PS4 output protocol, otherwise it does weird stuff on PC.

Here is what happens in different situations:

Dualshock4 > Titan2 > PS4 (control test) : works fine, DS4 auth passthru works
Hori RAP4 N > Titan2 > PS4 : works fine, DS4 auth passthru works.

Quanba > Titan2 > PS4 : asks for auth but works for a few minutes. Auth passthru doesn't work
Quanba + Dualshock4 > Titan2 > PS4 : works normally, authenticated, etc.
Quanba > Titan2 > PC : works

Victrix > Titan2 > PS4 : no auth, sort of works but buttons L2/R2 are not recognized. Directions and X/O/triangle/square/L1/R1 do work.
Victrix + Dualshock4 > Titan2 > PS4 : the victrix stick turns on but its inputs are ignored. However, if I press buttons on the dualshock, the inputs ARE recognized, as if I had plugged in the dualshock in port 1.

Victrix > Titan2 > PC : works partially ; with the same problem of the L2/R2 not triggering any input.
I have went in GTuner to see what the inputs are, the L2/R2 don't do anything at all, whereas with the Quanba on PC with the prog port do trigger their input.


So it seems that the Victrix isn't quite recognized properly - that is not too surprising, it's not the most common stick.
However the part where the Victrix in port 1 an the dualshock in port 2 ends up acting as if the dualshock was connected in port 1 alone is really strange ...

Oh and I did deactivate USB in the PS4 as instructed - it didn't change a thing.

How could I debug this? Did I miss something? Is there extra info I should seek/provide?

The Quanba is not configured (on the Titan Two) to be recognized as PS4 compatible controller (that is why console authentication is not working with it). We can be working to add this to the next firmware release.

For that, please capture and send me the USB descriptors of the Quanba.

On Gtuner IV, with the Titan Two connected to computer, go to top menu Tools -> "Fetch Descriptors ...". Now plug the Quanba to any port on the Titan Two. The descriptors will show in the window, click on the button "Copy Descriptors" and post here.

Both are licensed PS4 products so should be ok for authentication on PS4 I guess

The firmware update (and Gtuner IV) were just made alive.
