Why,while im moving and fire, the scope goes down?

Possible because you have an anti-recoil script or a gamepack (with anti-recoil) enabled. If this is the case you should be able to configure the anti-recoil "down-force" and find the best value to minimize the weapon recoil while NOT making the scope going down.
