Titan 2 not updating to latest firmware ?

Titan 2 not updating to latest firmware ?

It recognizes the T2 but just keeps going into a loop of updating. Goes through all the steps but does not apply them. Also no P on the LCD readout.

Any help please?

Before connect the Titan Two to the computer via the PROG port, press and hold both buttons and only then plug to your computer. The device should enter in programming mode, showing P on the display, allowing redo the firmware update using Gtuner IV.
