New to this. Just ordered titan 2 please help

Hey guys I'm new to this website and also new to this type of device. After reading many negative comments I'm not sure if I should have ordered the Titian's 2. I just want my PS4 Controller to work on XBOX 1, but I was told I would need to write a script to play COD black ops 4???? Is this true ? I don't know anything about that. Or does the titan 2 come with preloaded scripts or whatever ?. Someone please reply thanks.

Thank you for purchasing the Titan Two.

To simply use the PS4 controller on XB1 no Gamepack or script is needed. Just plug your PS4 controller at Input-A, your Xbox One controller on Input-B and the output port of the Titan Two to Xbox One console.

In case you also want use mods the Titan Two should be programmed using Gtuner IV software (compatible with Windows and Mac). We have a Gamepack and scripts ready to use that don't require programming experience from the user, here is the documentation page of the BO4 Gamepack:
