Output LED not glowing - not possible to use device

Hi guys
After I've updated the Titan Two my OUTPUT led is not glowing anymore.
What I've did so far:
- Reupdate firmware in P Mode. -> Nothing
- Setting Output Protocoll to USB PS4, USB Automatic -> Nothing
- Setting Device Output in PS4 to USB and or Bluetooth -> Nothing
My second device runs perfectly fine...
Appreciate any Help!

So you got it into program mode 'P' and did update and got nothing? Did it take update? Showing finished?

Three times YES.
Im really confused because everything worked fine but the output led is not popping up anymore.

Have you tried another Micro USB cable to connect the output port of the Titan Two to the console?

Yes of course.
May be a bit how the error happend: I was playing PS4 with a mouse attached with an otg cable over prog port and a keyboard attached on B port. After that Ive paired (over the bluetooth addon) a regular PS4 Controller. This went fine. Then Ive attached the titan two to console (PS4) and since then it never worked again...

Please try this:
Set the output protocol to "USB Automatic".
Unplug all cables from the Titan Two and just connect the output port to your computer (using a micro usb cable you know is good). Check if the output led remains off, turns red, or green. Thanks.

Following your instructions the result is:
Output led remains off.
The display shows just the running light. (Like searching for controller)

Based on the tests and results you provided it seems the output port of your device is defective. Please contact the retailer you purchased the device for check is still possible request a replacement.
