Check if you can operate the console and play any games without disconnections.

I have returned the T2 back to the retailer for a replacement. I will give an update when i receive the new one.

Got my T2 replacement today. I've been using it for around an hour now with XIM Apex connected and haven't had any problems so far.

Mine is having issues once in awhile. I did you steps but as soon as I connect your recommended USB the input/output turns off & input B turns red. While it has the AU. At times even all the lights shut off as if no power
