Can't get Titan 2 working on switch.

I just received my Titan 2 and was looking to use the device manager to record different button timings for 2K19. Unfortunately I can't even get the Nintendo switch to recognize the pro controller when titan 2 is only connected to the controller and swtich. I have updated the titan 2 to the newest firmware and still can't get it to recognize. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated thank you.
