I am in the same boat, during firmware update there was some error and then the LEDS are not at all glowing. I tried to restart and connect again using different connectors but none of the LED's are glowing.

Same problem here on PS4, had the device for 2 days after upgrading from the CM, worked for abit but not flawless and now cant even get any controller to work. Stuck on AU, input lights up but never output unless plugged into a PC. Any ideas?
