Please try again with the firmware just released (1.00RC rev. 5) to check if any improvement can be noticed.

Still the same thing. Removed and readded the scripts after update, AU with no output light.

Re-reading your messages more carefully it seems your issue is something else.

AU means the console (XB1) is requesting authentication from the plugged device. With the Titan Two you need connect a XB1 controller to any of the input ports (normally Input-B) in order for the device be capable to reply the auth requests from the console.

Please confirm of you have a Xbox One controller plugged into the Titan Two. If yes, check if the status LED of the port where the XB1 controller is plugged is GREEN.

Thank you.

I have a USB from the XB1 to the output slot of the T2 and a USB from the Input A of the T2 to the controller. The Green light by the Input is on, but the light by the output is not.

Please confirm: With the connections above described the OUTPUT status LED is off (no light) and the device's display is still showing AU? Thank you.

Correct, the light is off. Perhaps it's not an AU error, as the T2 screen just appears to "cycling" or "loading" but never stops on a number. The motion goes top to bottom repeatedly. Really hoping to get this thing working asap. Thanks.

Thank you for the clarification.

Okay, this means the Titan Two is not being able to recognize connection on the output port.

Please try the following if you haven't yet.

1) Change the cable that connects the Titan Two to the Xbox One;

2) Try connect the Titan Two output port on other console or PC to check if the output status led shows green (or at least red).

thanks.

Swapped cables, same result, tried another xbox, same result. Output light blinks red when I plug in the cable then turns off.

Anything? At this point, I'm outside the Amazon return window (purchased in Nov), and just want to get my money back. I got less than 4 months of use out of it. Is there a warranty or exchange policy? Thank you.
