Very New to this
Im trying to get a Destiny2 gamepack to save on the internal memory slot. I can't get anything to save there. I have tried multiple usb cords, I know they work. I have the cord going from a usb connection to the program slot on the back. Im stumped

What console are you using ?
Did you update your Titan Two Firmware ? GTuner IV-> Tools -> Check For Updates+
GTuner IV -> Device Configuration (buttom right) -> Check (select) the option "Force USB Prog Interface to full speed" and test if this helps.

yes, when i do this though I get a message Error: failed to download content. also says to check internet connection. Theres no internet connection problem. I even tried taking off my firewall but that did nothing. I drag the icons over and they just don't save. When I first got the apex it worked, haven't played in a while so i erased the 3 memory slots and tried loading destiny2
on xbox one x

Does GTuner IV show the content of the "Online Resource" on your pc ?
If you are running windows make sure that you are on the current build version/ if you have all required updates installed.
Windows 10 has very limited support life cycle that is based on the build number. If you are on an old build number and never did an update you may face issues like some apps stop working and stuff:

Did you unpack the complete GTuner IV archive before you run it ? Do not run the GTuner.exe from within the zip file.
Try to start GTuner IV with Administrator privileges to test if it works.
If you have an Antivirus software installed try to whitelist Gtuner.exe there, stopping the AV software may not be enough: Perhaps the AV software is blocking access to the usb: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=12309&hilit=gtuner+online+resource#p83167
If you have access to another pc try to run gtuner iv there for testing purpose.
