how likely is it to be compatible with next-generation consoles?

Yes. The Titan Two hardware was designed to be future proof. And, based on the rumors about PS5 and Scarlett, it seems both consoles will offer back compatibility for PS4/XB1 controllers respectively, so the Titan Two should work on the new consoles just fine.

If said consoles have new controller features, will support be added for those features too (ie PS5 adds a new button or something)?

Re: future-proof
Yes if the next gen is backward compatible with the controllers we can say the Titans are ready to support the next consoles! That's a very good thing.
About the hypothetical new features, like a touch screen instead of a touch pad for the DS5. It reminds me of the audio features of the DS4. The Titan Two supports a sound driver, right? Can we imagine and believe that we could for example: 1. plug a USB speaker to improve / amplify the DS4's speaker? 2. send sounds by scripts?
I don't know how hard / possible it is but maybe the T2's API will allow more features?

Scripting, a game in the game.

Re: future-proof
Despite the fact the next gen consoles will -possible- have back compatibility for current gen controllers, we can expect both consoles to have a brand new controller. In this case, we definitely will work to support the new protocols on for both input and output.

It has been confirmed by the head of the Xbox division abut controller backwards compatibility, not a rumor anymore.

Re: future-proof
The only notable difference is the next-gen controllers will have a USB-C port instead of micro-USB (refer to the new Elite controller for confirmation).
Chances are all that means is a different controller cable and perhaps faster console polling rates, which the T2 already has.
