can you get banned for using rapidfire mods?, by game developers, if someone recorded you and reported you?

I have seen people have their stats reset for using jitters (cod) by being reported with video proof to devs twitter/reddit
As for rapidfire no, rapidfire will only fire as fast as the game allows. You just have a fast trigger finger

been useing rapid fire for years with Titans,Really good for blackout Strife Pistol.
