Thank you. I assume the output status LED remained for several seconds and then turned off. I will be rechecking the Bluetooth connection with PS4 to be sure it is working here as expected.

Correct. It eventually turns off.

Yesterday I tested and worked as expected. Maybe there is an old pairing link key stored in your sd card, causing the connection to fail. To fix that, please format the sd card and configure it again (using Gtuner IV).

Then repeat the steps I described here:

I tried that, same issue. Also tried a new SD card. Tried formatting the SD card with the computer first with multiple passes. I tried uninstalling GTuner, deleting the application folder (mac) and using a new SD card so it was as close to new as possible, same issue. Tried multiple cables.

Could it be the Bluetooth module or the unit itself?

I forgot an important point related with Bluetooth connection with PS4, sorry.

The PS4, when a device connects over Bluetooth, requires extra authentication which is only possible reply if the PS4 controller is also connected over Bluetooth to the Titan Two.

Please proceed as the following:

PART 1

1. Set the output protocol to USB Automatic;
2. Pair the PS4 controller to the Titan Two (after that, do not connect it wired);
3. Turn off the PS4 controller.

PART 2

1. Set the output protocol to Bluetooth PlayStation 4;
2. Connect the output to the PS4 console (wired);
3. Press the PS button on the controller and wait the blue lightbar (to connect it to the Titan Two);
4. Press the PS one more time to start the Bluetooth connection with PS4 console.

After these steps you should be able to operate the console using the controller.

No dice. Controller lightbar turns blue. Output light turns red then turns off.

Here it is working (other user also confirmed it works for him). What is the model of your PS4? Thanks.
