E4 Error on CoD MW Gamepacks by J2Kbr and UK_Wildcats_Fans

I already informed J2Kbr on the E4 error instances I am coming across while playing CoD Modern Warfare with the gamepack. However, yesterday I got an E4 error while using UK_Wildcats_Fans' script.

I was wondering whether:

1) I could improve things by moving from bluetooth output connection back to USB or;
2) format the sd card or;
3) reinstall firmware and;
4) anyone else is facing this issue
5) perhaps the input translator is the villain - I did amend some keybindings

Just brainstorming what could be causing it since it may be an isolated case.

My current set-up:

- DS4 > T2 > PS4 Pro - all connected via bluetooth
- Mouse connected to input A and keyboard to PC
- PC connected to T2 via PROG port
- External power supply connected to T2

Please connect the Titan Two to PS4 Pro using the cable to check if the E4 error stops (all the others connections keep the same). Thank you.

J2Kbr - I played yesterday for around 30 min with the Titan Two connected to PS4 Pro via usb cable and the E4 error did not occur. I think it was some progress because before the error would happen quite often. However, I will test again on an extended gaming session (1 hour at least) and will get back to you.

Thank you, so the issue is with Bluetooth connection. I will be checking.
