What you can do in order to have aim assist on Fortnite and still play with keyboard and mouse is have the K&M as input devices on the Titan Two, and configure the device's output protocol to Xbox 360. Fortnite will "think" you are playing with a regular gamepad and enable aim assist.

Do I have to map my keyboard to a controller for it to work?

Yes, a Input Translator is needed. You can download (and customize if needed) from Online Resources:

For PC, try the Xbox One version.

AFAIK, you'll be stuck using controller bindings and be limited to controller restraints (turn speed cap, acceleration, aim assist etc) if you go down this path. You can't fool the PC into thinking you're using a controller while also having access to in-game PC keyboard & mouse bindings.

IMHO, this is wasted effort - Aim Assist is more hindrance than help in the vast majority of games. You'll also sacrifice turn speed, build speed and aim precision on PC by not using native m/kb. It's your choice, just be aware that it comes with limitations.

I am not familiar with using xoutput, but it seems this option would not require the Titan Two at all (unless if for use with mods such as rapidfire, aim-assist abuse, etc).

Normally, all you need to do to use on PC is set the output protocol to "USB Xbox 360" and load the Fortnite XB1 Input Translator into the Titan Two, along with the script or Gamepack of your preference.

To anyone wondering (since OP decided to edit all his posts into gibberish after I gave him the working solution), to use keyboard and mouse on PC with aim assist:
- Keyboard plugged into your PC
- T2 OUT to PC (Xbox 360 mode)
- Mouse into T2 port A
- Fortnite input translator (strictly for mouse)
- Joy2key with RT bound to a key (so you can build with the mouse still)
- Setup bound key to build in Fortnite settings
