[SOLVED] Astro C40 not recognized at all

I just got my astro c40 tr controller and its working fine with gtuner with cable and wireless but then when i plug it in to my ps4 it does not work, i have the nacon unlimited and its fully working,
Please help im to excited to use my controller,
Ps i have tried to read most of the topics and tried everything no luck,
The input and output shows 2 diffrent colors.

Hi, please try the following: Plug a regular PS4 controller on Input-B of the Titan Two and, after connecting the device to the PS4 con sole, connect the C40 on Input-A. Please keep us updated on the results. Thanks.

Well when th titan is connected to the pc and open the device monitor it's working iv tried to connect it to the ps4, the soon i turn the playstation on, the output lights yellow and the controller stops working on the gtuner wnd never works on the ps4, i tried to connect a ps 4 controller to the input b its working perfectly but still no chance the astro works.

Thank you for the extra details. The output LED turns and remains orange while you have the C40 connected to the Titan Two? If removing the C40, does the output LED returns to green?

No it stays orange i have to connect another controller or remove the titan two and plug it again. Thanx for responding

Thank you. If I am understanding correctly, the issue is not just related with the Astro C40, but your device seems to not work at all, not even with the regular PS4 controller.
Let’stry reflash the Titan Two firmware, to be sure it is okay and not corrupted. Before connect the Titan Two to the computer via the PROG port, press and hold both buttons and only then connect it to your computer. The device should enter in programming mode, showing P on the display, allowing redo the firmware update using Gtuner IV (Tools -> Check for Updates).

Well its working fine with normal ds4 controller and im currently using the nacon unlimited with the bluetooth dongle and every thing is working fine it's only when i try to play with the astro i get this issue, well any way i will try to reflash when i get home later,.

well iv tried the reflash now the astro not working even with the gtuner monitor. i have the hid descriptor if u need it .
