Thank you. I didn't know you are using XIM. Does the same issue happens with only the controller on the Titan Two? Or only when using Controller + Keyboard + Mouse +XIM + Titan Two. Maybe this is a power related issue, in this case an external power supply can be used to fix the problem.

I actually played with both.

I have a 7.5v / 2A power supply that I did some tests today but I was not successful, it disconnected again and I also have a 5v / 2.3A power supply.

I currently use Titan> Xim Apex> conventional keyboard > Logitech g502 hero mouse.

Recap:
1. the disconnection issue happens with and without XIM (only the controller);
2. multiple controllers has already been tested;
3. multiple cables has also been tested (on both controller and console connections);
4. apparently the issue only happens with PS4 Slim model.

2 - yes, i tested 3 controllers DS4;
3 - yes;
4 - I performed tests with a ps4 slim and a fat and the problem occurred in both, but after updating to the last f/w.

It seems something with your device, as no other user reported similar issue. I've been using on PS4 without any problem.

Just one last test before we call this as hardware defect. Please set the output protocol to "USB Xbox 360" and connect the output port to your Windows PC with a PS4 controller plugged on the Titan Two Input-A. Does it still disconnects? Thanks.

In this time i did some tests and managed to make it work with the Apex xim, I did a hold on the xim and tested various configurations on the Titan like putting both again at 1000mhz, enabling all USB connections a, b, c and d.

But I have faced another problem which is a disconnection of it hours at the input-a port and hours at the input-b port, I believe that the Titan presents this problem with about 20 minutes, and when it occurs hours it automatically returns and in some cases I had to change the input port.

The connection to the control was also tested after these tests and there was no disconnection. is there any forecast for a new update?

Thank you for the information provided, in essence the issue only happens when using with XIM. Tomorrow I will get a second Titan Two with XIM and leave connected for a long period, monitoring and logging the USB communication, to check if any issue is catch.

Hi,

In the meantime i managed to make it work with the Xim Apex by synchronizing both at 1000mhz but every 20 minutes need to change the Xim of the USB port because the connection is lost even using a power source.

But i still haven't been able to definitively solve the problem.

P.S: Yesterday the problem of intermittent disconnection came back even without changing the settings.
