Titan 2 is not recognized by PC to program, nor to play
Hello all,
I have a Titan 2, and I have used it minimally. I probably have not used it for at least 6 months, but maybe longer. My question is this, does the Titan 2 forget programming if it is not used for long periods of time. I plugged it in to use it today and and it just shows as this picture. I did plug it in to program it with my pc and the picture is exactly the same. I have the two red LEDs and the program light does not light up. Gtuner also does not recognize it when it is plugged in either.
What do I do?
Thanks!

Try using the micro USB cable that came with the T2. Looking forward to the results.

Try a factory reset:
Connect a USB cable to the PROG port on the T2.
Before connecting it to the PC hold both the up and down arrows on on the device.
It should display "P" open Gtuner IV and go to Tools>Check for updates.

Nothing. I don't get a p. Nothing happens at all apart from the output LED being red, the input-B LED being green, the very middle LED being red, and the left lower and middle portions of the number/letter light being lit up.

Does the computer give you a notification sound when the Titan Two is first plugged into the PC?
EDIT: Also, could you show a picture of the T2 using the cable that came with it instead? Would eliminate one potential factor.

Yes it does make a sound when I plug it in, but nothing pops up on the PC.
Here are the links to the new pics using the cable that came with it.

With the Titan Two connected via PROG to PC try removing the device from windows.
Start>Settings>Devices>Titan Two
After the device is removed reconnect the device to the PC.
If the LEDs remain the same try contacting the retailer you purchased from.

The way it pops up in my devices is Unkown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)... Is there a driver I can manually download?

No there isn't. If you haven't already you could try another PC.
