config question

Hello guys, I have a question. 15 years ago I had a config in wolfenstein that was built up from what you have. With config I was able to set the pixels that I distribute. So 60 pixels were normal and 30 were entered. So it was harder to hit. something like that should still work today or not? Greetings and thanks for the answers
