Titan Two + Native MkB + Scripts

Hello! I'm currently playing MW Warzone on the PS4 and I use the native MkB support. I need some full auto macros for the FAL. My mouse, G Pro Wired, doesn't support on board macros. How do I use the Titan as a USB pass-through and still be able to program it?
