Xb1 controller not turning on with Titan Two

Except for the fact my original wireless (with no batteries installed) won't auth. My other two 3rd party wired auth immediately. Doesn't matter what cord I use with my wireless. It just won't auth. This is the same problem I had with the titan one

Understood, unfortunately, you may need to replace this controller then.

When my original is installed it stays in perpetual authentication and led is red.

Thank you for confirming, the red light indicates that there is an issue with this controller or microUSB cable. Not the Titan (also seeing as though the issue happens with both the T1 and T2).

I understand how frustrating it can be troubleshooting, faulty controllers, sadly, I cannot assist you further than what I already have.
