Support for Wii Densha de GO controller?

Hi,

I was looking through the documentation and it seems that the Taito Densha de GO! is not on the compatibility list for wiimote extensions.

I'm talking about this controller that plugs into the Wiimote extension port:

Can this somehow be made to work with T2? Is there something I could provide from my side to make this happen or should I forget about it?

We will need to have one of these in hands to be able add support for it. The inputs we can definitive make work, but not sure how integrate the display as it seems to be very specific for a Wii game.

I found a GitHub with implementation for this Wiimote extension. As soon as I have some free time will be checking if all info needed for implementation can be found there:
