Titan Two stopped working

Hello.

Recently my Titan Two adapter has been working fine, but as of today the adapter stopped working and every time I tried to unplug it or fix my controller, restart my Xbox One S, It didn’t work. So then, I attempted to update the software, and it said failed to update, and that’s when it completely shut off. If there is anyway to fix this please let me know.

Try a factory reset:

1) Unplug the device.
2) Hold both the up and down arrows.
3) Plug PROG into the PC whilst still holding the up and down arrows. (When done correctly, a P will be displayed)
4) Open Gtuner>Tools>Check for updates.

I already tried that but it didn’t work. I don’t took out the sd card as well.
