Cannot connect Xbox One Series S controller wireless
Hi
I recently purchased official wireless adapter (small one, 2nd generation) for my XBox One series S controller and want to connect to Titan 2 wirelessly.
After following the instruction and pressed the config button, I connected my receiver to titan 2 but got below error message:
Xbox One Wireless: Initialization error 1 [ nav 0, type 3, size 0, pos 93 ]
Could you help me out here and let me know how shall I fix this issue?
Thanks!!

Hi,
You probably just need to reconnect everything.
Disconnect it all, power on the device then insert the adapter into input A. Once you have a green light insert the controller into input B, when you have a green light on input B unplug the controller.
Just a tip, use the cable it came with - inserting it directly the small device can get quite warm and cause issues.

Hi Mad
Thanks for your reply. I have tried that but still got the same error message. The issue is that once I inserted my adapter to input A or B, the error message popped up and the light was always red.

Hi
Just wondering if anyone can debug the issue based on the error code?
