I’m having issues with my PlayStation five. What is happening is that I have both controllers plugged in and they both turn on but it won’t actually authenticate to use either of them. It was working for a couple months but for some reason today I can’t get it to work it’s just cycling through the numbers on the screen

I tried different cables different ports and I also held both buttons and updated it that way. It’s driving me crazy
