Keyboard and mouse on PS5 please read!!!

I connected the mouse and kb according to the instructions, all lights on green, with the raju tourament controller on a, mous on b, and kb on program. when I open the dvice monitor all signals are there, I also set the output to ps5 .firmware up to date .input translater installed. also tried other mouse and kb.
the xim apex works well with the mouse and kb. also both together like on the seriesx don't work. would be great again if both would run on the ps 5. I've been looking for this problem here for a long time but haven't found anything, maybe someone will take care of my problems.
