Ps5 share factory

I use a Quadstick with the Titan Two and the Hori mini (as the third-party controller) on the PS5. When I try to use Share Factory on ps5 with the Quadstick, I get an error message saying "PS5 games cannot be played using the current controller." My QUADSTICK has worked with everything so far on the ps5 except that app.
