Headset Audio Help

I have a razer raiju wired as my 3rd party auth, for my ps5 and titan 2, and that works great. Headset audio however is not working, either with it plugged into the razer or into the DS5. The built-in mic and speaker in the DS5 controller isn't recognized either. I have tried swapping the USB A/B ports they were both plugged into as well. Am I missing something? Firmware and Gtuner are both on current versions. Thanks for any help/suggestions.
