Error code Titan 2 new

hello, i 'm french lol. i have a problem with my Titan 2 model 2. a error 137.
When i push two buttons and insert usb in computer, not error 137 but error 1. i change cable, the same.

a screen of:
Connect Fail: Code d’erreur: 1, Périphérique: TITAN TWO [number serie]
Connect Fail: Incompatible firmware version, device update required. Device: TITAN TWO [number serie]
Sélecteur de Périphérique: périphérique 1 déconnecté, total de 0 périphérique détecté

Hi, i send a email. But, yahoo.fr is't supported. i send a new from hotmail.
Waiting for, the titan, works on the gtuner iv 1.Orc, but not the update firm.
