Disconnects-series x-elite series two

Been searching for a couple days haven’t been able to find anything that fixes on here. Xbox series x to titan two to an elite series 2. Both with usb both cables are working and it Just randomly disconnects. It’s been working fine forever this just started out of nowhere and only seems to happen on apex legends. Usually both lights stay green when it happens just the controller doesn’t work and it’s a hassle to reconnect. I changed tons of cords. I changed output source. I updated everything. Nothing comes up on the titan screen until I unplug the controller.
