titan two shut down automatically on XSX

Hey guys,I am new here.
Now when I use XSX controller and microsoft wireless adapter to connect with XSX. Every ten or twenty minutes, titan two will automatically shut down, causing the controller to lose connection.How could I handle this?

After I tried it for a while, it still shuts down automatically after a while.I think the firmware has some problems.
